You'll find you'll come to a p retty decent number. Then you'll realize that 1/2 a billion is actually a low ball offer. I heard of a company that had no FDA, an app that didn't sell and was never heard of again. That company was bought for over $100mill just for its data. It didn't even have close to 5 million assessments in the real world environment. Actually, in the real world not sure it had more than 100.
