OCC is working very hard.
The SP has nothing to do with OCC directly. Lately it looks like a broker's auto- algo-sell-bot.
Surely the broker's shares are running low by now. Selling down slowly to gain the best return,
rather than dump in large numbers.
Annoying but nothing to worry about IMO
