The CEO of a company being "more cautious than forecasts on this forum" from individuals that have no insight into the business operations? That can't be a shock to you surely. Everyone on this site is posting their educated (and sometimes not-so-educated) guesses, usually with optimistic factors. Of course the CEO isn't going to spruik huge profits immediately after launch and get caught with his pants down if the company doesn't reach it.
Going with the conservative market capture, nothing lost if we meet that. The company's making money, we're one step forward proving we're making ways in the US market, and it's in line with what the CEO told us. If we manage more than that, then happy days.
I feel like people are so quick to forget that until 9 months ago, the share price was stuck between 30-45 cents for years no matter what was announced, and now they're surprised and agitated that it's bouncing around a value 3-4x that. It's the first financial year this stock has significantly risen, there will be some trading happening. Once real figures of market capture and sales come through over the next two quarters I'm sure we will see the share price move again, and we can all start speculating on market capture growth instead.
