Turns out the major U.S. trauma surgeon is Dr Ian Valerio. He teaches at a University for US military health services and at Harvard University and is an international recognised surgeon.
He will be presenting at the University of Melbourne symposium next week, alongside a star studded list of guest speakers including the Singaporean surgeon who wrote that positive testimonial last week.
