We’re Hiring: Medical Education Coordinator | Orthocell
Location: US - Hybrid/Remote Type: Full-time; estimated start Aug 1, 2025 Industry: Regenerative Medicine / Medical Devices

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Medical Education Coordinator to help bring our US training and education programs to life.
Manage logistics, communications, and materials for in-person and virtual programs
Liaise with KOLs, faculty, internal teams, and healthcare professionals
Ensure compliance with AdvaMed, Sunshine Act, and internal guidelines
Maintain training documentation, track outcomes, and generate reports
Support the development and organization of educational content
What You Bring
2+ years in medical education, event coordination, or healthcare support
Strong project management, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience in biotech, medtech, or healthcare preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS/CRM tools
A flexible mindset and ability to travel (~30-50%)
