I am about 6 weeks from ATI for supraspinatus repair so just now going to next level of physio as prescribed by OCC ie now weight bearing. All ok. My case is unusual as I am 73 and had other shoulder problems addressed during arthroscopy when ATI biopsy taken. Had an MRI before injection of tenocytes to identify extent of tears and will do another 6 months later to see what has happened re healing. The ATI procedure actually put on hold my shoulder rehab for other conditions so will now just be resuming that more strenuous rehab. Where supraspinatus or other tendon tear is an isolated condition ATI is straightforward. Not so much if there are other factors operating concurrently.
