    Bit more M&A emerging in bio-techs. These things don't happen fast alas:

    "“Clearly, we were watching Seagen for many, many years,” Mr. Bourla told analysts. “And clearly when there was news and activity…we looked even more.”

    Paul must be scratching his head how OCC is trading for little more than what he and the Prof sold some rights to Vericel for on ACI (the poor communication to market and idling on Remplir doesn't help Paul!). Vericel has grown to a $1.5 billion dollar company heavily in part due to ACI technology in its MACI product. I would not be surprised if Vericel does not have a good look at buying ATI or OCC. I would if I were them, but J&J will undoubtedly have a poison pill in its ATI trial collaboration, as did Bio Horizons in its manufacturing deal details (if OCC taken over).

    OCC is ridiculously undervalued on its technology value, but that's little consolation to present holders.
