I believe Herceptin is off patent.
If Roche and IMU trial Herr-Vaxx + Herceptin, can this combination be separately patented, and if so would this preclude the use of Herr-Vaxx with a Herceptin bio-similar?
If so, that would be a big incentive for Roche to partner with IMU!
