I have been scratching my head at why not buy Azer cel from current cash reserves or wait until CF33 results and raise at a significantly higher price (if in fact the CF33 is the holy grail). The only variable in this deal is PH.
it was possibly done this way to throw CHM a lifeline. Short of IMU transferring a few million dollars to CHM, this was probably a win win scenario for PH, at the expense of IMU shareholders.
all this potential, with such shitty execution.
