That is probably the most idiotic comment I have ever read on HC. The Azer-cel deal would have lifted the IMU share price significantly if it had been properly presented to the market. Instead, Hopper and his fellow board members decided to instigate a suicidal, massively dilutionary CR structured to deliberately crash the share price (and bury the "idea" of marketing the deal). There can be no doubt that Bells new that the VWAP formula they put in place would maximise they number of new IMU shares that would pass through their greedy little hands. ASIC need to take a really hard look at this methodology, which is probably a first. If somebody knows of another instance where a company has used a VWAP strategy like this, please advise!
