just in case it wasn't obvious, i'll vote to keep the board, however I do appreciate you guys are fellow shareholders and are entitled to vote how you like. I am certain however, that my votes will outnumber yours - combined.
If the board isn't spilled, hope you guys will either sell out (why hang around otherwise?) or perhaps direct your energies into a more constructive dialogue with the company.
