I think there would have to be more than one. For starters, GSK is one that most probably needs someone else to bid first. Then there is Mercks who knows PH well and he knows them well. Then Gilead would have to be watching as they have gone hard in this area and wouldn't like to have a competitor outsmart them. When they purchased IMMU for $21 B they mentioned that they had access to more funds for other purchases. Another $21 B no problem!
