Not everything is lifestyle driven though.
Genes play a major part in disease.
My uncle was an Olympic walker. Never smoked, drank only to toast the bride, had a seriously "healthy" diet and competed until he was 69.
Died of cancer when he was 70. My grandmother also had a bout of cancer (though she recovered and dies at 93 of natural causes). Cancer was in the genes I guess.
Most people are not responsible for the ailments they get. Good diet and exercise will help but it is not the golden bullet when it comes to cancer prevention.
