from memory ... one CR - complete response, a couple of PR's - partial responses, and a bunch of SD's - stable disease.
these results were from low to medium doses. the consensus is that the responses will increase with the dosage, noting that we have not yet reached OBD - optimal biological dose - but we must be awfully close given we are in later cohorts of the trial - and that is what we are hopeful of, once OBD is achieved, we can either get fast tracked on other lines, or enter a phase 2/3 study.
