YF has talked about killing complete lines of tumor cells in vitro. In vivo, there's also the challenge of successfully delivering the virus to tumors, which can vary in difficulty depending on the location and type of the cancer and other factors.
That's why IMU are also participating in trials looking at mechanisms for delivering drugs to specific organs or difficult targets (such as tumors with limited blood supply).
