Hi Zior, I think you will find CF33 does not have the hNIS in the virus used in the OASIS trial. A Study of onCARlytics (CF33-CD19) in Combination With Blinatumomab in Adults With Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors (OASIS).
Yuman Fong previously mentioned that additional alterations to CF33 could weaken its efficacy.
