I thought I’d expand on onCARlytics:

The OASIS trial is scheduled to finish earlier than the MAST trial. Not by much but earlier none the less.
Also, when onCARlytics was acquired (and subsequently reconfirmed by LC when I asked during an investor webinar), the plan for onCARlytics is to run it through a quick phase 1 and if the data supports it, straight into a registrational trial.

The OASIS trial is currently running and has been scheduled to be quick. So, we’ll potentially see a registrational trial commence next year. I don’t know if they’ll need to pick specific indications like with Vaxinia or if onCARlytics potentially turning any solid tumour into a CD19 target will be sufficient to target any solid tumour.

Whilst there is great potential for Vaxinia to be granted accelerated approval &/or orphan status… I think onCARlytics may have the greater near term potential.
