The line that caught my attention and TB's attention is ...
"and we are also monetizing some of our other products as well”.

This doesn't seem to be something you would say that was actually incorrect. You might have 'let it slip', ie. not planned to
mention it, but its not something that sounds like she's 'mixed up' a fact.

So, as TB has mentioned, she talked about the the MAST study, the OASIS study, the new plant and of course azer-cel.
To be honest, I jumped to the conclusion that she may have been referring to 'products' (cells) coming from 'the plant.' But,
as I said, she had already mentioned the plant twice. So his leaves our B-Cell technology, as TB also mentions.

All I can conclude is ... that there are in fact 'financial discussions' in place, around either HER-Vaxx or PD1-vax or both.
Perhaps the potential 'buyer' is waiting on a final read-out before signing. It certainly sounds intriguing. If we are about to
sign a deal (license or sale), then things will move quickly, in the right direction ... and sooner than I thought. Let's
hope so.
