Both LC and Monil will have a very good understanding of what deal makers are looking for. She has spoken several times now of the possibilities of a deal/monetising assets. She would not be flagging this if there wasn’t a very real possibility of succes.

Furthermore listening to all the videos, it would make a lot of business sense to sell off B Cell/Hervax now, because IMU has enough proof of concept that they have a real winner in VAXINIA/Oncarlytics/Azer-cell. I can’t see PH or LC wanting another cap raise, And definitely not another SPP raise after the caning they copped from some quarters last time. A trade sale could very well fund them through to commercialisataion of CF33 and send them off to the Nasdaq.
