I think that is not true value for the company.
I wouldn't like to see us sold out for such a low amount.
Licensing deals on just 3 of our products should be worth more plus the bonus of royalty payments coming in.
If an offer came in from BP of that amount though the Board would be bound to put it to shareholders with a Yes/No recommendation from them and Shareholders to vote on said offer.
Many would take it I am sure.
I'd likely sell 40% into it, 1 the SP would likely go over the $2 initially as a higher offer might be expected by holders. It would lock a hell of lot of profit in for me.
I think that is not true value for the company. I wouldn't like...
