Regarding Entertu which is an IV administered drug 3 wkly for
HEGR2 breast cancer which cannot be removed by surgery or
has spread to other parts of the body and which have received prior
anti HER 2 breast cancer treatment:
can cause serious effects including Lung problems which can be
life threatening or cause death, low white cell count or heart problems
with heart's ability to pump blood. Has been fda approved but still
being studied to confirm results.
CF33 (from what we know) seems superior in safety to this drug
which has recently been approved, but could be regarded as
competition... so Imugene really do have something which can be seen
as very commercial.
