AIMHO,
another observation is that the chair, whilst having an extreme talent for finding and securing promising potential therapies, has not to my knowledge:
negotiated any large sell side pharma transactions;
been involved in any successful large pharma deals at all (one small one at vla), despite being involved for decades;
sold a single IMU asset, despite having p2 assets with strong efficacy, and extremely good safety, data.
And has lead multiple massively dilutive CRs (for non-board SHs), after imv alluding to deals coming (years ago now).
People can draft stories all they like, I'll stick with the facts thanks.
