IMO the cost would drop significantly. $100,000 is what it costs today with the current crop of drugs and treatments eg chemo and radiology therapy. If we are on the right track then surely the need for those expensive treatments would be significantly reduced and the cost of our treatment should be a lot cheaper too. Perhaps I have it wrong.
Having said that, we all know the price is not just a factor of costs, its about demand and what price you can command. I would hope we are not too greedy when/if we get to that stage. Perhaps a few thousand per treatment would be a moe realistic and affordable tag.
