This relationship is like IMU with Merck with their Keytruda supply agreement. When Merck cancelled that agreement, IMU has to announce it but not Merck. Reason is, it is sensitive for IMU but not for Merck. I believe the same applies here. This agreement is more important to ALA but totally insignificant to IMU. Hence no need for IMU to announce.
I am of the belief that IMU will continue to do some serious housekeeping from here on. IMU will probably cancel all other insignificant collaborations. Reason? I believe they have seen enough of CF33 and its related product data to give them the confidence that IMU will be strongly courted instead of the other way round. No time for the 'unnecessary' collaboration from here on.
