I honestly don't think Imugene or Yuman has had anything at all to do with Kate. I think this is simply a best wishes tweet.

In the same tweet they are highlighting the complexity of cancer and how Yuman has shed light on Imugene's journey in tackling the issue, not on how he has helped Kate.

There is literally nothing in the tweet or the articles to link Yuman and Imugene to Kate, other than hopium. It certainly would be nice, but you can be absolutely sure that if there was a direct link they would make it clear. If they weren't allowed to disclose then they wouldn't risk pussy-footing around with vague tweets.
