When he discusses the complete response of the bile duct cancer and shows the slide of the scans, he states that this is one example and there are other examples he could show.
I wonder, did he mean there are other examples of scans with complete responses that he could have shown??? There has been a significant amount of time and also dose escalation since that 2023 example. Mere speculation of course but that would certainly explain why they are so confident about their way forward.
