Are we certain that no institutions are taking positions? I'm not a sophisticated holder/trader of stocks; however I understand that there are a myriad of ways that a sophisticated/informed body could build a position "stealthily".
As a simple example how many shares would one identity need to purchase to reach the 5% mandatory advisement to the ASX of a substntial holding?
