I agree except IMU (oh I wish it is but it is NOT) is NOT a BP. It is just a small research biotech trying to stay afloat. One of those which the FDA would love to flex its muscle over whenever they could just to show their power. But yes, I do agree that when it comes to financial interest, the FDA like everyone else would not work against its own financial interest.
