If you are right then let's hope Hopper doesn't derail IMU like he did CHM today, issuing 100% extra shares. If this is his new CR model, 8b shares to come soon.
CHM is as good as IMU when it comes to data and yet he chose again to sell it as crap, like he did before. He uses CHM to test a new way of CRs, he did the % way first over there, then here. Now watch out for LC to get fired / resign and a 8b share CR.
He is the reason for the suppressed sp one day even you will realise it when the sp hits 0.1c if he isn't removed asap.
