Thanks to IMU, we've learned that there's a massive difference between a "mechanism of action / working as expected" and a "complete response".
One makes scientists feel good. The other saves patients and creates wealth.
It sounds like "working as expected" didn't do the trick that Paul and Leslie were hoping, so the phrasing in interviews has changed.
What we do know (after a number of painful lessons) is that anything Leslie has implied in an interview, that hasn't been officially announced, doesn't eventuate.
