Once again, like the Prof Scholyer case, this proves that chemo is highly probably the reason why most immunotherapy seems to fail. So far, 2 trials that involves patients without the use of chemo beforehand comes back with great outcome.

I think it is high time where once a drug passed PH1 safety trial, following patients need not come from those whose immune system have been bastardised by chemo. Who knows, Hervaxx if applied to first line patients like Keytruda could well achieve same outcome but with no safety issues unlike those that can potentially comes from Keytruda.
