It’s not the size of the trial that’s most important it’s the size of the shift. In the case of CD33 it’s proving the concept against a wide range of cancers. And further optimisation of the dose plus identifying the best application which includes which patients are most likely to get a benefit over and above other treatments available.
LC has been involved in over 200 trials . At least give her the credit she has earned . Rather than implying she has steered IMU in the wrong direction.
When was the last time you were in a high level meeting with the Oncology experts at the FDA or a Big Pharma company?
