Well, it would seem somewhat counterproductive to be running down the proposed value of an asset they were trying to sell off to a third party.
No one in their right mind advertises they have no use for a facility they have only recently acquired and deliberately points out the problems and costs in ownership.
Instead, as IMU has done, it is displayed as an astute purchase with inherent value.
Perhaps, if you twist my arm and whisper sweet nothings in my ear, I may let you take it off my hands.
