With the disastrous management decisions we have seen over the last 3 years or so, it is possible that the company could find itself in such a dire financial position that a vulture fund, or "vulture" BP could pick up a controlling block of shares for a few cents in the dollar and in certain circumstances "warehouse" a viable drug candidate whilst not continuing to further fund trials for other indications. This scenario may seem far fetched, but who would have thought that 3 years ago, when IMU had a market cap of over $2 Billion and despite multiple CRs, IMU would trade at 5.7cents! Those of us that have maintained a sizeable shareholding all the way down have been naive (and complacent) sad to say. The only defensive/offensive action we can take as retail shareholders is to form and aggressively support an IMU Action Group so as to aggregate our voting power. The situation is way way beyond sending emails to management!!
