The older holders are clearly angry as they've invested in the IP for B-Cell and IMU is now focus on VAXINIA, OnCARlytic and Azer-Cel. Why? Because they have FDA IND for these IP and BP will more than likely do a T/O for IP with FDA IND which will allow IMU to better negotiate the buy out for HER-Vaxx and PD1-Vaxx.
