Hi WMHB, I don't know you from a bar of soap however I very much enjoy reading your analysis on these threads.
While I fully understand your angst against this particular knob, it seems that they have successfully triggered your ego and that you feel compelled to respond.
While you are completely entitled to respond when your character is being attacked, you first response adequately dealt with that individual, you are aware as much as all of us there is an ignore button which deals with these types in the best way.
Please continue to provide excellent analysis on this great company, even questioning management when necessary to keep them on their toes.
