That would confirm LC's comments about the US investors watching and bring back some confidence.
RAD does radiotherapy, there should be money out there for IMU's platforms too. Maybe he finally put some effort in and raised from those who he should have approached from the beginning. Or has the unthinkable happened and Shah moved his bottom and helped the Hopper-Group?
