By AGM there could be another Cap Raise, retail holders don't steer this ship - my opinion only.
I also don't think there will be a CHM - IMU merge, funds don't allow it and i don't think PH would allow it either.
If one 'makes it' they can then feed of each other, like the $3mil finders fee for Azer-cell.
