I just can't see the purpose of this. What is the purpose of spending money just to tell people you exist but have nothing to offer?
Only thing I can think of is potentially this. Firstly, make people aware that IMU exist. Then release some truly ground breaking data that they know will make headlines in the evening news. This way, people who have been 'prepped' with this advertisement will immediately know of IMU. And then hopefully, jump online and click BUY BUY BUY!
