I think IMU paid $9M upfront and then spent $10M on the manufacturing plant expense before offloading the cost which mean already $19M out of the total $50M CR for the Azer-Cel acquisition has been spent. So IMU will be diverting the $30M remainder of the CR to VAXINIA and OASIS clinical trials cost for the next few years. Only positive is a CR will likely not be required for a while but then there will be no benefit of the Azer-Cel IP for any T/O now.
