I doubt there is a toxicity problem.
As part of the study changes, they added a dose cohort 4c. Basically double the dosage of 4b on 5th day.
So can infer no toxicity problem. But potential efficacy problem with lower doses. Or trying to get more efficacy, based on some efficacy at lower doses.
