The way Youtube counts "views" can be quite deceptive in terms of who has watched them.
To be classified as 1 view the viewer needs to watch the entire video from beginning to end, no skipping forward and no shutting down the video at the end until the complete play through is complete.
This stops people from taking advantage of the monetisation of videos ect as well as limits how much youtube needs to pay.
So the video currently has 147 views. I myself watched it, but also skipped forward and shut it down before the end, so no view recorded for the channel.
I imagine 99% of viewers do the same, probably more like 99.99% of viewes to be honest.
At that metric you are looking at around 14.5k views.
