I'm wondering if doctors prescribe "Off Label", would they be eligible for say the PBS discount or would they have to pay full fare?
I think drugs are usually approved for the PBS based on specific diseases, ie Bile Duct Cancer in this case. If that's the case, any Off Label prescriptions for other cancers may not be eligible for the PBS and will be very expensive.
Does anyone know for sure?
