    There is also the trade off between the economics of living and dying for middle class cancer patients to consider.

    In the USA dying with some level of comfort and dignity does not come cheap with the downside being you cannot get a job and help your relatives pay for the cost after your gone:

    The decision whether to try Off Label treatments is far more complex for patients than is it covered by insurance sadly.
