Bile duct cancer. If the surgeon can't surgically removed them all, the patients die. No ifs, no buts. So imagine what will happen if this bile duct trial returns plenty of CRs, PRs, and SDs to confirm those 2 patients outcome were no fluke. There will certainly be a seismic shift in sentiment here for sure.
