Was a good discussion, but more on raising funds - (accessing capital) and buiilding a biotech from scratch ( searching for 'product' and buying or licensing it to develop further, and using funds raised for research, salaries etc) with little on actually building revenue and generating a profitable business or buildinng shareholder value . Ie where's the money ? wheres the upside for (suffering) shareholders, ie investors ? So - their exit aim is to 'partner' with BP or other biotech. What kind of 'partnership' ? a stock sale or buyout by BP ? or licensing deal ? 48 min mark - 'patience' , feed them stuff and 'theyll be happy enough' . hmm.. for how long ? no mention of the failed timelimes etc. seems like a long haul ahead ..
