well to be fair it's not intended to be an IMU puff piece/investor presentation where they show off their wares and build investor confidence.
It's mark Bouris' podcast called "Going Public" aimed at providing insight to those hoping to take their company's public. This was simply IMU sharing their journey of how and why they went public, with a brief comment on exit strategy.
there were actually quite a few subtle positives that came from it.
