Our Achilles heel
the type of patients that are likely to give us the best results
FDA controls trial cohort and is really limiting us by allowing only those who have been severely damaged and compromised by earlier treatments.......the quality of data we can extrapolate out of this death bed is rather limited.
How we get to change the status quo as set by FDA will be like trotting through a minefield..........
