Like I said, PH want to get all the IP to a development stage to sell them all to BP like he did with VLA which is why I said if there's no T/O they will do a consolidation and do an exclusive CR for US investors to fund the next development stages for OnCARlytics, CF33 and Azer-Cel. Ph3 clinical trial is way too expensive and need a lot more than $100M to complete.
