    Hi T&P,
Very interesting post about the bad side effects of chemo/radiotherapy.
There are many cancer sufferers who have endured surgery, or chemo, or radiotherapy, or all three, or a combo of them in an attempt to get rid of their cancer. After 5 years of all three of these, my cancer has been beaten for now. It bounced back again with a vengeance 2 years ago so my oncologist wont say I am in remission. I am now on standard Capecitabine tablets at home which is good (minimizes trips to the cancer centre).
My reason for posting is a question which has confused me for awhile now. Capecitabine is PREVENTING (hopefully) a recurrence of my cancer, while IMU's proposed vaccine will only work when cancer is detected. It serves no purpose unless you have already contracted cancer. Am I correct ? What I mean, it is not a vaccine like the usual influenza or shingles etc? It would be a huge step to cease chemo and rely on IMU's vaccine to beat it if/when the cancer returns.
Your response would really be appreciated. Many thankssmile.png
